Looking at things from the view of your health, it?s worse to keep losing and gaining weight than to just maintain a steady weight that is a bit too high.

Mindless eating and drinking can cause a lot of problems in your diet. These are drinks, like sodas and coffee, and even midday snacks. You will need to make a few alterations to your snack routine, but you can still keep these foods in your diet. While it won?t be the same, consuming water or juices will greatly decrease your amount of calories. Drinking tea will be so much better for you than drinking coffee. Try to find some healthier snack alternatives, like nuts and fruit.

You will definitely see some changes if you can start implementing these small changes now. Eating healthy is not that hard, requiring only a little bit of research and effort on your part to get started. Once you begin, your healthy diet will be slightly challenging, but over time, as long as you are consistent, you will be able to stop eating unhealthy foods once and for all.
