Keep you meals smaller and eat more often. The more you pack into your body in one go, the harder it has to work to digest all that food. So smaller meals more often will allow your body to break down the food. Too much food is too hard to digest, too many foods make life confusing and if your body is struggling to break foods down, then it will get tired and run down. Keep meals smaller, and eat foods that are full of nutrients to fuel your body.

It is important to keep your body hydrated. 200,000 cell reactions take place in your body every second and they are all 100% dependant on hydration. So if you are dehydrated your body will slow down and get lethargic and tired. When your body is dehydrated it holds onto water and slows down its digestive processes. So if you aren?t digesting all that food you are eating, the only place that food will go is storage in your body for fuel later (fat). Keeping hydrated also allows your body to get the right mineral and electrolyte balance for proper digestion.

3. Eat clean real food
Keep your food as clean and natural as possible. That means loads of vegetables, proteins, good quality fats, nuts and some fruit. We want to avoid any foods that makes digestion a problem. So avoid all processed foods, toxins, chemicals, store bought products packed full of ingedients you don?t understand.
Keep your food simple, and make it exciting with your own sauces and dressings. Get creative and get cooking. Teach yourself to enjoy cooking, because this is one of the best things you can do to help yourself get in the best shape of your life. When you know what you are eating, and what ingredients are going into your body, there is no questioning or guessing. Your body has a much better time and will be able to function optimally and full of life.
